If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Plus Valley Adventures

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Privacy Policy: 

At Plus Valley Adventure, safeguarding consumer privacy is paramount. We only request information pertinent to the services we offer and never share your data with any third parties. Our privacy policy outlines the information we collect, how we use it, and the security measures we employ to protect it. 

Bookings & Payments : 

When you book a Tour/Activity through our website, we collect your contact details like name, email, and address or phone number. This is solely for communication regarding your tour. Sometimes, we may share this information with tour guides. However, we never sell or disclose your details to third parties. Additionally, we ensure high-level online security for any payment information you provide, such as credit card numbers or bank transfer details.  

Fitness responsibility: 

Plus Valley Adventure offers trips of varying difficulty levels, with physical demands based on terrain and weather. It’s your responsibility to assess your fitness and obtain medical advice before joining. Plus Valley Adventure isn’t liable for any inability to cope with trip difficulty. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to complete the trek. Failure to do so may result in trip termination with full penalty. Plus Valley Adventure reserves the right to remove any participant whose condition poses a hazard to themselves or others. 

Refund: 

No refunds for voluntary departure or unused services after the trip begins. Plus Valley Adventure isn’t liable for missed services due to sickness or other reasons. They won’t compensate for trip changes or cancellations, with liability limited to the trip cost. 

Luggage Responsibility: 

You are responsible for your belongings throughout the trip. Plus Valley Adventure is not liable for any loss of your items during the tour/trek/hike/camping, including baggage, documents, or cash, regardless of the cause. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

For Backpacking Expeditions and Long Treks (More than 4 nights): 

  1. Cancellation 30 days before the trip start date: 

   – Receive a full refund  

  1. Cancellation between 30 and 20 days before the trip start date: 

   – Receive 80% of the trek fees (only if the full amount has been paid). No refund is provided for partial payments. 

  1. Cancellation less than 20 days before the trip start date: 

   –  Receive 50% of your fees (only if the full amount has been paid). No refund is provided for partial payments. 

  1. Cancellation less than 10 days to departure: 

   – No refund for any amount paid. 

For Sahyadri Treks/Campings and Weekend Backpacking Trips: 

  1. Cancellation 30 days before the trip start date: 

   –  Receive a full refund. 

  1. Cancellation less than 20 days before the trip start date:  

 – Receive 20% of your fees (only if the full amount has been paid). 

  1. Ticket transfer to the next available batch: 

   – A 20% surcharge will be levied on the trek amount, subject to the organizer’s decision, if the transfer is requested more than 10 days before the trip commencement. 

  1. Cancellation due to not turning up on time: 

   – No refund is applicable.
